CNC Turning
With CNC turning machines we can handle parts with a diameter range of 0.6 mm to 20 mm.
Surface roughness: below Ra 1.6 for normal requirements. Special requirements of Ra 0.4 is achievable.
Surface treatment: Plating of gold, silver, nickel, zinc. Passivation etc.
Run-out is smaller than 0.04mm for shaft lengths of 400mm and the concentricity is 0.075mm.
